My name is Gary E. Leonard, President and CEO of Municipal Environmental Development, Inc., a non-profit organization lead by a prestigious group of business people. We have developed a unique plan to beautify, enhance and improve city parks, playgrounds and green spaces by making these spaces self-sufficient without the use of taxpayers’ money. We do this by forming contracts with towns, cities and government agencies to obtain licenses or permission to use under-utilized, unused and under-funded parks and green spaces for the purpose of holding activities and fundraising events on these spaces. All activities held, and materials we use, meet or exceed environmental standards.
